Phillips Tax & Consulting, LLC was formed by Larry Phillips in January of 2016 as a result of prayerful reflection and a desire to better balance work and home life, as well as focus on existing client relationships.  Larry’s departure from his previous firm came as a surprise to everyone (he had been a partner there for 10 years), but he felt that it was something God was calling him to do.  Validation came in the form of each new piece of the business puzzle falling into place at every step of blind faith he took, from securing an office space in downtown Hastings, to the loyalty of the clients who made the decision to join Larry in his new venture.  Larry and his family are grateful and humbled by the overwhelming support from those around them.
